Designer Hi, I'm Nakisah, the founder of Craft Club! 👋 Growing up in regional Australia, I was obsessed with Visual Arts and Design & Tech. But in my immigrant household, creativity wasn’t seen as a path to success. My family pushed me toward stability, even asking the principal to swap my Art classes for Science (thankfully, she said no). Out of respect, I studied Accounting and moved to the city at 17. But after a few years, I realised that cutting off my creative side was impacting not just me, but so many people I knew. Friends who’d given up art young, convinced they weren’t “creative enough,” still carried that belief into adulthood. That’s why I started Craft Club — to help people rediscover creativity without the pressure. Our beginner-friendly DIY kits are designed to be easy to start, satisfying to finish, and beautiful enough to make you feel proud. Because I believe everyone deserves to feel like an artist.
